In common with the consultation process, implementation of the various proposals and ideas contained within the Parish Plan must be an ongoing and flexible process, proceeding as community interest and resources permit. Whilst the Parish Council and Keighley Area Office will take the lead in progressing many initiatives, ultimately this plan will be owned by the community and therefore it is essential that the community should be involved in bringing the plan to fruition, either as individuals or through cooperation between the organised groups and societies within the village.

As such, it is intended that the Parish Council will sponsor and support initiatives instigated by this Parish Plan, but that they will be driven and delivered by the wider community.
